Provided Construction Management services to remove and replace the existing rooftop exhaust fan units and re-roof the Kitchen Building 6B. Work includes removal and replace the roofing system including all insulation/ sheet metal/ flashings and accessories. Removal and replacing all HVAC rooftop exhaust fans and roof curbs. Included are all related ductwork, pipe, valves, controls, and electrical work. Include structural modifications and roofing replacement.
