Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center - Interior Renovation - Pompano, Florida

Interior improvements to approximately 6,000 square feet of existing vacant tenant space on the ground floor of the building to accommodate a state-licensed Ambulatory Surgical Center consisting of a reception/waiting area, office/consult, two (2) operating rooms, one (1) procedure room, six (6) recovery rooms/bays, nurse station, staff lounge, sterile processing, decontamination, doctor’s lounge, men’s locker room, women’s locker room, soiled holding, supply storage and support spaces. Associated mechanical, electrical and telecommunication spaces are also included.
