Sitework, Signage, and Restrooms Renovation
Location: Ocala, Florida
Provided Construction Management services to construct upgrades to the
water and sewer services made necessary by the restroom renovation project. The scope of work
includes constructing new domestic water and sewer services for Buildings 1, 2, and 3. All fittings,
accessories, and testing were necessary for complete installation. Furnished and installed a new site
sign.
Repaired structural damage to the (2) existing restrooms. The scope also included new walls, doors,
floor and wall finishes, cabinetry, fixtures, and accessories.
