Lake Nona MTM Expansion
Location: Lake Nona, Florida
Scope required a complete demolition of the ground floor of the college of pharmacy building at Lake Nona. All existing finishes were removed and all the MEP items were modified to meet the need of a new call center. All new flooring, ACT system, and paint were installed.
