This three-phase project includes:

• Phase 1:  Installation of new structural steel, roofing, ductwork, electrical and control piping associated with the installation of the new Roof Top Unit.  This phase also includes the removal of existing AHU and air cooled low temperate chiller.

• Phases 2 and 3:  Each of these phases call for the installation of equipment pads, electrical, piping and controls associated with the installations of two new chillers, 2 cooling towers, condenser water pumps and chilled waters pumps removal.
